Cable casing

Cable casings are used to connect cable cores. There are two types of casings that can be used: Aluminium casings - for Aluminium core connection, and Copper casings - for Copper core connection. Cable cross-section casings can be selected on the basis of diameter and crimped by a special instrument.

Cable casings are also used as connection casings and included into cable joint sets. Connection casings facilitate an easier mounting process and allow durable electrical contact.

Cable connectors

As the name implies, these devices are used to connect cables in electrical circuits. Although similar in function to cable glands; cable connectors operate on a Jack and Plug mechanism, thereby being easily detached when required to break or alter the circuit. Selecting the appropriate cable connector is based on the diameter or size of the cable, as well as the magnitude of the current being passed through it.
