Popular types of aluminium power cable with impregnated paper insulation:

  • ААБ2л - for use in regions with low temperate and cold climates, for use in the ground (trenches) with low to medium corrosion activity with the presence of stray currents, and medium and high corrosion activity with the absence of stray currents during the operation, under  the  condition that the cables are not exposed to tensile stresses ;
  • ААБлГ - for use outdoors, in dry and wet, partially flooded premises with low, medium and high corrosion activity, as well as channels, cable cellars, mines, sewers, industrial premises, technological trestles and bridges, in the presence of mechanical danger damage during operation;
  • АСБ - for laying in the ground (trenches) with low corrosion activity on the slopes of the presence or absence of stray currents in the ground (trenches) with medium corrosion activity on the slopes with the absence of stray currents during the operation if not exposed to tensile stress;
  • АСБл - for laying in the ground with an average activity level and high corrosion activity, in presence or absence of stray currents, the cable has a high resistance to bending, due to the protective braiding, the cable is flame retardant and can be used in areas prone to fire hazards and other hazardous areas;
  • АСБ2л - for laying in the ground (trenches) with an average corrosive activity on the slopes with the presence of stray currents in the ground (trenches) with high corrosion activity on the slopes of the presence or absence of stray currents during the operation if not exposed to tensile stress;
